Terms of service

Last updated October 19, 2026.

These terms cover this website and the services I provide. “I”, “me”, and “my” mean Benemento Lab LLC d/b/a Pioneer Digital AI. “You” means the person or business using this site or working with me.

Using this site

You can browse this site, request a free demo, and book a call. Please don't misuse the forms, try to break or overload the site, or copy its design, text, or logo for your own use. The Pioneer Digital AI name and logo belong to me.

Free demos and calls

The free demo and the free 30-minute call carry no obligation. A demo shows what I could build for you. It stays my work unless we agree on a project, and you may not publish or reuse it without that agreement. If we don't go ahead, I may delete it.

Projects

Before I start paid work, I send you a written proposal with the scope, the deliverables, the timeline, the price, and the payment schedule. The project starts when you accept it in writing and pay any deposit it lists. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins for that project.

Work outside the agreed scope is a change. I'll tell you what a change involves before I do it, and I'll only do it once you agree.

Payment

Projects are usually split into a deposit to start and the rest at launch, and larger projects can be split into more payments. The proposal sets the actual amounts and dates. If a payment is late, I may pause the work until it's paid. Deposits pay for time already set aside for your project and are not refundable once work has started, unless the proposal says otherwise.

What you provide

You give me the content, logins, and decisions the project needs, in good time. You confirm you have the right to use everything you send me, such as text, photos, logos, and data. Delays on your side can move the timeline.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the finished work I made for you: your website, its content, and your domain and accounts. I keep ownership of my general tools, code, and know-how that I reuse across projects, and you get a permanent licence to use them as part of your project. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.

Third-party services

Your project may rely on services run by other companies, such as hosting, domains, booking, email, CRM, form, and AI providers. Their own terms and prices apply, and I'm not responsible for their outages, changes, or decisions. AI tools can make mistakes, so review what an AI assistant or workflow produces before you rely on it.

Ongoing support

Support, maintenance, and hosting after launch are optional and are covered by their own written agreement. Either of us can end ongoing support with 30 days' written notice.

Confidentiality

I keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work. How I handle personal data is in my privacy policy.

Warranty and liability

I do the work with care and fix defects in what I built that you report within 30 days of launch. Beyond that, the site and services are provided as they are. I can't promise specific results, such as search rankings, leads, or sales.

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and my total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid me for it.

Ending a project

Either of us can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work done up to that point, and I hand over what you've paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes

If I change these terms, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Changes don't affect a project that's already under a signed proposal.
