Privacy policy

This is a plain-language account of what I collect on this site, and what I don't.

Who I am

I am Betty Phipps. I run Pioneer Digital AI through Benemento Lab LLC, doing business as Pioneer Digital. This policy covers pioneerdigitalai.com.

What this covers

It covers the free-demo form, email you send me from this site, and the booking calendar. The short questions above the calendar are not included, because I don't save them and they are not sent to me.

The demo form and email

If the form is turned on, I ask for your name, business, email, phone, website if you have one, and what you need. Your browser sends those fields to the form address I configured for the site, and I read them so I can reply about a free demo. There is also a hidden field meant to catch automated submissions. Leave it blank.

If the form is not configured, the page does not show a form. It asks you to email [email protected], and I receive that email instead.

I use this information to reply to you and, if you hire me, to do the work. I don't sell it, and I don't add it to an advertising audience.

Booking a call

The calendar on the booking page is Google Calendar, embedded from Google. When you book, Google collects what you enter there, including your name, email address, and the time you choose. The call is on Google Meet, and Google sends the meeting link in the confirmation email. I receive the booking from Google so I know when to join you.

What Google does with that information is covered by Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Fonts, hosting, and what I don't use

This site loads the Sora typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google, and Google can receive your IP address with that request.

Cloudflare hosts the site. Cloudflare may process connection data, such as an IP address, to deliver the pages and to protect the site.

I don't run a web analytics product. I don't use an advertising pixel. I don't set a tracking cookie of my own, so there is no cookie banner. Google may set cookies when the font files or the booking calendar load. I don't use those for advertising.

How long I keep it

I keep demo requests, emails, and booking notes for as long as I need them to reply, do the work, and keep ordinary business records. Then I delete them.

Asking me about your information

Email [email protected] if you want a copy, a correction, or deletion. I will respond to you.

Children

This site is for businesses. I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update this page.
